If your mileage payment is delayed, here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them.

Payroll

1. Be sure your mileage was submitted and approved on time

Payments can only be issued after mileage has been submitted and approved. Be sure to keep an eye on your company- specific payment schedule.
We recommend checking with your administrator to confirm:

  • Your mileage submission was received

  • It has been approved on time

  • No additional information is needed

If your submission is still awaiting approval, the payment will not be released until that step is completed.

ACH Users

1. Verify That Your Banking Information Is Accurate in Kliks

Banking information can only be added through the Kliks web app.

To update it, open the profile dropdown in the top-right corner and select “ACH Bank Info.” Then follow the step-by-step instructions provided.

2. Confirm Processing Times

ACH transfers typically take 1–3 business days. If it’s still within that window (excluding holidays), your deposit may simply be in progress.

3. Banking Holidays Can Delay ACH Deposits

If you are paid via ACH, banking holidays can delay payment processing.
Even if Kliks issues your payment on schedule, banks do not process ACH transfers on federal holidays. This means your deposit may arrive on the next available business day.

If You Still Don’t See Your Payment

If:

  • It’s been more than 3 business days, and

  • There were no bank holidays, and

  • Your administrator confirms that your mileage was approved

…please contact Kliks Support so we can help investigate further.
