Yes, Kliks continually tracks average fuel prices by zip code, and calculates a 30-day rolling average of fuel prices. On a weekly basis (Saturdays), Kliks automatically updates the variable rate (the fuel price is included in the calculation of your variable rate).
An example:
On Saturday, February 11th the variable rate will be refreshed. The fuel price used to calculate the variable rate is the average fuel price from Jan 12 - Feb 11.
