Kliks can facilitate reimbursing your employees (aka users or drivers) via ACH funds transfer. In order to do this, our payment solutions partner (Dwolla) requires your company to become an ACH Business Verified Customer.
You will need to provide the following information in order to become a Business Verified customer:
- Business Information (required)
- Controller Information (required)
- Beneficial OwnerInformation
- Required if your business is a Corporation, LLC, or Partnership/LP/LLP and if one or more individuals own 25% or more of the corporate entity). How is ownership determined?
- Why is Beneficial Owner(s) information required?
As a Company Administrator in Kliks, follow these steps to submit the required information to Dwolla for verification.
Note, none of the personal information you provide is stored on the Kliks system. Kliks passes this information directly to our payment solutions partner (What does Dwolla do with this information?).
Step 1:
In the left navigation, click on Settings (gear icon) > Company:
Step 2:
When the Company Info page is displayed, click on ACH Config:
Step 3:
Click on ACH Customer Verification:
Step 4:
You will be asked to enter two types of information: Business Information and (financial) Controller Information. After entering this information, click on the Submit button.
Step 5:
If your business is a Corporation, LLC, Partnership / LP / LLP and one or more individuals own 25% or more of the corporate entity, you will need to provide information for each person.
Note: a beneficial owner cannot be another company (or other corporate entity), nor a nominee owner.
Step 7:
After providing the Beneficial Owner information, you will be asked to certify the accuracy of the beneficial ownership information.
Step 8:
You have successfully submitted all of the required information!
The Dwolla verification process can take up to 7 - 10 business days. When your information is verified, the status of will change to Verified.
