This can occur if a trip was submitted more than once for approval. The reason is because Kliks calculates a trip's stop duration when the trip was saved. If a Reimbursement or Receipt has only one trip included in it, the Stop Duration Average may appear to be incorrect.
For example, a trip was submitted for approval but the manager denied the trip, and the user re-submitted the trip for approval.
