Impersonation allows a company admin to provide support to a user or perform an action on the behalf of the user.
Some examples:
1. User is on vacation and doesn't have an internet connection, needs manager to submit their trips on their behalf.
2. User is having an issue or questions about something and asks their manager, manager can impersonate the employee to 'see what the user sees.'
