As a manager, you are assigned as a 'group manager' to one or more groups. This is how Kliks determines which users' trips you are responsible for approving.
Kliks provides the ability for each group to have up to two 'additional group managers' so that they can approve trips on for your team if you are on vacation, etc. Note, Company Admins also have permission to approve trip submissions across all groups.
