Your trips will be recorded in whichever timezone you chose when you set up your user profile.
In the mobile app, you can change your timezone by going to: Account > Trip Recording.
In the web application, you can change your timezone by going to the My Profile page, which can be accessed by hovering over your initials in the top right corner of the page.
