If Kliks is integrated with your CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), Kliks will use the addresses from your CRM system (i.e., appointments) and compare them to the locations of your trips. 


If the trip contains a destination (end) address that matches a CRM address and the date/time of the trip is +/- 6 hours of the CRM appointment date/time, Kliks will tag the trip as a CRM Match (True). 


If a trip does not contain a destination address that matches a CRM address, the CRM Match will be False. These are displayed on the Trips page in the Kliks web portal as a green and red icon in the CRM Match column. 



This CRM Match 'flag' allows managers to quickly determine which trips are associated with a CRM address when reviewing and approving trips for reimbursement.
