The Kliks Mileage Tracking app is best used with Android Versions 10 & upwards. If you have an older Android device and/or OS please let the support team know and they can help you with a different vesion of the app


If you are a first time user of the Kliks Mileage Tracking Android app please ensure that the hollowing settings are configured when you first install and Login to the app


  1. Set Auto Record to True your ideal business hours so the App can track automatically. Remember that you can also disable it and just use the Manual tracking feature
    1. Trip stop duration should be set to 10 / 15 minutes which is the minimum amount of time the app will wait to determine that the trip was completed
    2. Ensure that your Time Zone is set correctly


       

  2. Ensure that the the following permissions are 'Allowed'. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Kliks -> Permissions
    1. Location
    2. Physical Activity
    3. Camera


       
  3. Within the Location permission ensure that it is set to "Allow all the time"


     

  4. Trips are recorded and will show up in the Trips tab
